Founded by Dr. Jayanta Ghosh, NextChapter Academy was envisioned as a movement to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, founders, and changemakers to design their own “Next Chapter.” The name itself reflects a philosophy—that growth is never final, and with clarity, education, and purpose-driven action, anyone can rewrite their story.

At its core, the academy is not just an institution, but a clarity-driven ecosystem that nurtures future-ready leaders. It blends career guidance, scholarships, and life-and-business skill development with a strong emphasis on values, ethics, and creative problem-solving.

He is the creator of the CVR Growth Model and brings a powerful confluence of corporate leadership, academic scholarship, and a personal mission of transformation.

Corporate Foundation: As a second-generation business leader with years of experience at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., he understands both the rigor and realities of business.

Academic Depth: An MBA in Finance, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Executive Education Program, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from S.P. Jain School of Global Management, Sydney—his research has been published in SCOPUS and SAGE journals.

Thought Leadership: A certified Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer and TEDx Speaker, he continues to share insights at global forums.

As an Entrepreneur, Educator, and Leadership & Purpose Coach, Dr. Ghosh works with entrepreneurs, family businesses owners, and organizations to align clarity, values, and rhythm for sustainable growth.

Yudhajit Ghosh is a product designer who builds. He combines a formal design education from a reputed institutions with a technical, AI-native workflow to ship functional prototypes and refined digital experiences. From launching independent mobile apps to designing complex dashboards, he focuses on solving user friction through clean aesthetics and a builder-first mindset.

Specialisation on issues concerning investment opportunities in US and African countries. He is also a Corporate Trainer on issues connected to corporate laws. He is a resource person and regularly makes deliberations in different forums of ICAI and contributes articles in various journals. He is also serving as President of one of the oldest CA associations of India “ACCOUNTANTS’ LIBRARY”
